If you do not have any proof of having the stone the chances of having the stone replaced are very low; otherwise everyone will be saying that they lost their stone. I know this may not be the case, are you able to provide more information on how your stone was lost?
I'm sorry to inform you as I did in game, but we currently do not do anything to reimburse scams. It is your own items, and because of this, we are not able to reimburse your stone.
