missing island

So me and my friends were on a differnt server playing but then we decided to go on pokefind cus we were bored but when we join our island had no owner. We cant acess anything or open anything pls help.

I just had something similar happen. I joined and was teleported to someone else's island. When I disconnected and rejoined, it brought me to the start screen to choose an island.
