I bought Expert rank. it cost 17.49 USD after the 30% discount but when the payment went through, the receipt said it cost 23.48 USD. is this a bug with the sale or something? please respond. if you can't fix it, I will want a 100% refund. Can you try and take my rank away and then refunding us so we can buy the rank again and hopefully this will not happen again.
Hello lionmaster34623, please email [email protected] with your receipt information and your IGN to get the situation fixed. Since the sale is still on-going and is a 30 percent discount, it should not have given you 23.48 USD as the outcome price of the rank.
