i was thinking that you bring back not being able to use a pokemon you have in a gym but in return that pokemon earns a some exp while it stays in the gym, the amount would depend on the lvl of the pokemon and how long it stayed in the gym. also on how many pokemon it knocked out. i think players would enjoy this because it creates a way for people to train their pokemon without being online all day everyday.
Wow I never thought is idea. It would be really interesting. But I think people only attack gyms they can take out so the pokemon in the gym won't really gain much.
