That will take away the purpose of the spawn command to get you to starter town. If you want it to have it take you to get to a certain town faster just use Ryder. It's cheap and by the time you sell pokeballs and potions you wouldn't even noticed you spent money. Or fight trainers also to make that money back.
Larzrum, I know what's you mean, but if fall or something you won't need to keep using Ryder you can just /spawn it.
I think you are referring to /pwarps or /warp in general. I'd honestly love a warp in each city that costed like 500-1k coins or something like that.
