Character Spam is using excessive amount of characters. So for example: Would BE character spam: goiqrlsnorisdfobgsdinofghadnigdnpo;ibnao ggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg While: Would NOT be character spam: Hey man, how are you doing today..? I heard their was a rough storm last night. Hey! Did you see that new Pokemon movie last night? Just be more careful with how many excessive characters you use in chat!
