Hey Jfan, its just a little area with a dancefloor that Shooting set up for abit of fun. Hope this clears it up
As rainbow said, it's a little area with a dancefloor that is at spawn docks. It's a big white structure ( Quartz ).
As fedarius and rainbow both said, its a little party zone, hope the screenshot explains it, and clears up any more confusion. Also, its temporary, and gets removed upon the server reset, so I believe its gone now. (not sure though) (this one wasn't the one on pokefind, but its really similar to it)
