Was I supposed to get another Starter Pokemon (Elite Donation Rank)

I have the Elite rank and Store.pokefind.co asked me what starter I wanted. I already had the starter squirtle, so I thought the site was giving me another starter and I picked bulbasaur. Was I mistaken or did I never get it, and if so how do I go about getting it?

 

So have you actually picked Bulbasaur? If so, maybe it's in the PC?
