To just make it short with necessary information: Bought "Purchased packages: 1 x Epic Egg [1] 1 x Rare Egg [1] Transaction ID: 78M39373G59868537 Username: Fleexie Received the Epic Egg - Got a Flareon Didn't get the Rare Egg. This is about 13-15 hours ago. I personally think there must be a bug or glitch. As I received 1 item not both of them. So the actual purchase went through. Anyway I don't think I would need to give more info as proof of purchase is there, IGN is there, info about the situation. Well hope we can get this solved
Hi Fleexie If this issue hasn't been resolved: Have you tried checking your confirmation letter that should have been sent to your email. The email will tell you which items you have brought. If the rare egg is on there. Then contact admin on discord with your reciet of purchase. Good luck
