"a servere thunderstorm strikes" What does this mean?

    While I've been playing every now and then a message appears saying "A severe thunderstorm strikes!" then I hear thunder. Does anyone know what this means?
    P.S the above text says "A severe thunderstorm strikes!"

    It's a Zapatos flying above spawn (u can't catch it tho).
