Description: The ability: "Hydration" should only work under rainy weather. However with no rain making abilities or moves used in battle, it somehow still activated after each turn removing a speed debuff. (Edit: Upon further testing the ability activates at the end of the turn, regardless of debuffs or not) When it happened (date/time): 5:20pm (AEST) Location (server number): 3 Screenshot/Video proof (if required): (See attached file)
