Able to get out of world easily

    So when I was looking for a rare pokemon I tped to someone and they were out of the world.
    2017-12-01_15.01.30.png 2017-12-01_15.01.49.png I got in the world and out of the world very easily. Fix this because people may go far away from the pokemon world.
