An Unfair Permanent Mute

I was muted for saying Hypixel to my friend one no advertising I just said "Hy Pixel is laggy today" And when I made my appeal The person that denied it was saying that even saying a name of a server was bannable and when I looked at the rules in the advertising section It said nothing about just simply saying a name of a server. I really hope some mod or admin sees this because she said I wasn't able to get another appeal until 2 weeks.
