Hi, I tried donating for the Legend rank while it was on sale. I used PaymentWall for my purchase but it hasn’t been accepted. On the PaymentWall website it says the status of the order was initiated but nothing else has happened. If someone could help me it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
I did not. Nothing was sent to my email. I attached a screenshot to the PaymentWall page. I also was screen recording during the purchase as well if that would help with anything.
Hmm, that's an odd situation, try messaging one of our managers on discord (MrJoshyy) with an explanation of what happened as I am not sure if that purchase even went through.
