Cant Connect

Hey Question why is it that every time I try to connect under this ip [play.pokefind.co] to join the server it says
logging in.... then couple seconds later timed out do i have to be on a certain version of minecraft?

Try logging in on 1.10.2 or higher, that's what I use and it works perfectly.

 

like what the staff said, but also make sure you accept the resorce pack.
