Cant get on to my Island

I Just signed on for the first time ever on skyblock and professor hemlock wont take my to my island it keeps saying Hello trainer Taking you to your skyblock island and its not doing anything

 

Hey Hulk3, have you tried to do /is to get back to your island, or /is reset to reset your island? Those two commands might get you to your island but if they don't work I suggest contacting an Admin about your issue because they can reset your island back to normal.

 

I havent had the abilty to make a island yet

 

The gui does pop up

 

So you can't click anything in the GUI?

 

There is no gui for me
