Didn't get Reward from the /rewards

Hi, So I'm trying to claim a Reward that i have not received in-game. Screenshots below



I have did /rewards and watched the Ad, and hence got my pick of one of three cards. (i took screenshot after i refreshed the page. hence the message saying "Sorry you cannot play again today. That is not the case).



I choose the Magicarp Card. And it is now in my Collection.



Yet in the Game-Server its not unlocked.


I have re logged. (didn't work) I also played the waiting game. (5-6 hours(didn't work)). Nothing seemed to be working so. Staff sent me here. My Username is Evensteven1115. Thank you for the Assistance.

Okay so..There has been an issue with /rewards not giving you the actual reward.I suggest you go to one of the Managers either here or on Discord and asking them to give you the hat.

 

And They Would just give me the hat if i asked them. Or am i going to explain the problem again to them?

 

You will need to send them your picture proof.

 

So which channel would i use to get help from the Managers. or should i just start a new conversation with them in Discord?

 

Send a screenshot of you with the option to choose the magikarp reward to a manager on discord, and directly message them please!
