"Digging up the Past!" Quest Bug

Hey, so I recently started visiting this server and upon starting the quest, "Digging up the Past!" I found that when I went to Chromium City and attempted to start the quest, it kept giving me the error of: "You must be in Chromium City to start this quest!". Is there any way for you to manually start the quest for me? I will upload an image. This happened on June 1, 2019, on Server 1.

I also used Ryder to teleport, so I was wondering if I could get my 2500 coins back, please.

 

We do not refund coins back to players, But the quest isn't broken. You have to talk to Scientist Paul in his lab in Chromium City, here is the link to the guide for the quest to help you find the location of his lab and for the rest of the quest.
