Donation Pro to Expert, What Price?

    If I upgrade from Pro rank to Expert rank (just saying), would I need to pay USD$24.99 or USD$15 (Because Expert (USD$24.99) - Pro (USD$14.99) = $15)?

    Yes you only need to pay 15$ dollars for the expert rank if you've bought the pro rank. The same goes for every other rank.
