Egg Suggestion : Iv Pokemon

READ THIS BEFORE LOOKING BELOW!

Firstly this is an idea and all feedback is welcome , that being said I am still an amateur spriter so judge more on the idea and less on the artwork. Note this took ages to do as well...



Special Iv Pokemon

"The professor has genetically bred these magnificent Pokemon perfect for tough battling situations"

What is special about them:
>There are 3 types: Sp. Attack , Sp. Def and Speed
> Each Pokemon will have 31/31 iv for their respective stat above eg. Mantine 31/31 Sp. Def
> The overall average for IVs will be 85%+
> They have unique colourings

Why these Pokemon?:
>these Pokemon are rated the top 10 for their stat for gen 2 ( Unless they were ranked higher up on any of the the other 2 lists)
>No legendaries are included
> The Pokemon are well balanced
> Certain Pokemon were removed that being Jinx and Persian for the obvious reason of them being extremely common.
> If this idea is accepted and Implemented Pokemon can change

Isn't this pay to win?
> No. Firstly it is relatively easy to catch a Pokemon with 31/31 ivs for a certain stat ,it does take time but is easily to do. Although with it having a high average IV rate it simply makes the Pokemon perfect for battling and slightly unfair however this situation is simply pay to save time.

Alakazam,Gengar,Espeon,Exeggutor,Magneton,Omastar,Ampharos,Houndoom,Vaporeon.Sunflora





SP. Def (Blue)
Shuckle,Mantine,Blissey,Umbreon,Tentacruel,Hypno,Hitmonlee,Hitmonchan,Snorlax,Flareon




Speed ( yellow):
Electrode,Jolteon,Aerodactyl,Crobat,Dugtrio,Starmie,Sneasel,Jumpluff,Rapidash,Scyther

Wow I love the sprites. Maybe their can be the top 10 best for each stat (not sure what you might do with a pokemon that is top 10 in 2 stats). Should the eggs be only limited for a certain amount of time?

Eggs Shouldnt Be Limited, Otherwise People Would Miss Out A Great Deal!

 

It Should Be From Hard Challenges. Dont You Agree?

 

I want to say yes but then again some of these pokemon are too op to give to new players.
