    hi i bought the elite rank and it still hasnt came through i have talked to a sr mod and he has reported this for me to

    i just want to know whats happended

    Email our support email at [email protected] with your IGN, the receipt showing that you bought it, and the current situation, aka you not receiving it yet in game. The support email gets checked either every day or every other day, so please give the email up to 48h to respond to you and fix you problem.
