Hello everyone, I'm not sure if this sort of thing was made already but on the discord and on the server players have been asking around what Pokémon evolve by trade or by stone only, so I made this little guide that shows exactly that!
Water Stone
Staryu into Starmie
Eevee into Vaporeon
Poliwhirl into Poliwrath
Shellder into Cloyster
Lombre into Ludicolo
Leaf Stone
Gloom into Vileplume
Weepinbell into Victreebel
Exeggcute into Exeggutor
Nuzleaf into Shiftry
Thunder Stone
Eevee into Jolteon
Pikachu into Raichu
Moon Stone
Nidorina into Nidoqueen
Nidorino into Nidoking
Clefairy into Clefable
Jigglypuff into Wigglytuff
Skitty into Delcatty
Sun Stone
Gloom into Bellossom
Sunkern into Sunflora
(To use these stones on a pokemon, first put the stone in your hotbar, then right click it and choose the pokemon you want to be evolved!)
Trade Evolutions
Kadabra into Alakazam (Level 16)
Machoke into Machamp (Level 28)
Graveler into Golem (Level 25)
Haunter into Gengar (Level 25)
Onix into Steelix (Metal Coat)
Scyther into Scizor (Metal Coat)
Poliwhirl to Politoed (King's Rock)
Slowpoke to Slowking (King's Rock)
Porygon to Porygon2 (Up-Grade)
Feebas to Milotic (Prism Scale)
(To trade use the command /trade (username) but remember you have to be at least trainer level 10 for this to be able to happen!)
Through Happiness
Golbat into Crobat
Chansey into Blissey
Pichu into Pikachu
Cleffa into Clefairy
Togepi into Togetic
Azurill into Marill
Eevee into Umbreon/Espeon
(Get your Pokemon to 220+ Happiness by feeding them berries and then level them up once to evolve them!)
