Filling the empty houses ( solution)

I think the best way to fill the empty houses is definitely information rooms. Like for example make one of the empty houses in finderia be an evolution information house that has signs that say what lvl they evolve or what stone or what action they must do to evolve.

Also The teams HQs would be pretty cool for eg. Valor in amber city, Instinct n Amp City, Mystic in falls lagoon.
simply by typing /hq you could teleport to the HQs.

Also actually clubs/social clubs would be cool like eg. Bug Catchers,Bird keepers like the original trainer roles from the Pokemon series. And they all meet in towns allocated with certain pokemon like fortree which is bug.
