Gen 3 Starter Issues

    Description: I logged on to Gen 3 yesterday hoping to choose a starter. But due to issues (Personal), I had to leave the server before I could choose my starter. I joined a few hours later, looking to choose Mudkip, but when I clicked on it, it wouldn't give it to me. I relogged multiple times, left and right clicked, emptied a spot in my inventory with none of them working. Could someone please help?

    When it happened : 27/11/17 1 - 2 PM

    Location : Haikou Server 15
