guys funny thing need help

ok this happened like on Sunday
and the game glitched and i had 10 PC pages.so because of no space few of my Pokemon were shifted to the 5th page
.and i just checked to see if the glitch happened if I put my Pokemon in the 10th page.
now because the glitch is gone i have lost 9 Pokemon
which i caught that day.they were all rare.
i remember putting baltoy on the 8th page but don't remember my other 8
so does anyone have any clue to get them back?.i cant find my timid Pikachu also..................i dont have a screenshot because i thought the glitch would stay cause i had a Pokemon in those pages
