after beating the quest Visions of Victory in Haikou region, i went to the first gym to find.... nothing, i then went to the volcano -third gym- searching for a answer, finding the gym leader, i believe this bug is only for first gym leader, but it still means i cant up my trainer level ;-;
Is the visions of victory quest in completed quests when you do /questlog? If yes go to Springdale gym, walk inside and up the stairs and the noc should be there.
