and ban him for stealing 55 ultra balls and plz take them and give them back to me plz

Why would he be banned? Maybe you dropped them and he took it, that's not a reason for a ban.

PS: And even if it is a reason for a ban, you didn't even put any evidence, you just said ban that guy and that's it. Even tho its not a reason for a ban.
