Help please! Resource Pack is not working! Also Pokewars is not allowing me to go on it.

I have not been able to play pokemon world or pokewars in the past few days with resource pack because when I log onto pokefind and go to pokemon world, I press accept(or yes) and it says resource pack not downloaded properly, make sure settings are set to enabled and be sure to press accept. Also when I attempt to access pokewars, it says that an existing connection has been closed by a remote host. At the time of making this post, I have restarted the launcher, tried both regular connection and direct connection, and even repaired the launcher and updated it. Please help.
