Help! Purchases glitched?

    I am Mysticblox Expert rank and I bought 13 Rare candy's, 3 Lucky Eggs, 1 Exp Boost and 3 Master Balls.
    At first the purchase came in and I used the rare candy's on my Lapras. after playing for awhile and got progress on a quest I got off. When I came on a few hours later I had lost everything and my Lapras's level went back down but I still had the progress on the quest. I don't know how it happened but could you please give me back the items I lost.

    Hey Mysticblox, Sorry to hear about your Lost Items.
    Try Emailing Support I think you need video evidence though but I am not Sure.

    It appears that your progress has been lost. You will need to email [email protected] with your in game name, and explain that your account was rolled back. Please provide as much evidence as possible of your lost items. We are looking into the issue, we thank you for your patience thus far and we ask that you be patient for a little longer.
