    How do u unlock HM moves?

    Currently, the only available HM Rock Smash is available and obtainable through the Legendary Quest, start the legendary quest in Petra by talking to Rocky, then go to Professor Hemlock in spawn, then go to the Move Tutor next to the pokémart ;)
