I bought 3x Thanksgiving eggs about an hour and thirty minuts ago and they haven't come in yet!

I bought 3 Thanksgiving eggs from the shop that I got with my birthday money about an hour and thirty minuts ago and they havent come in yet. I would just like to know why. If a staff member could give me my 3 eggs that I bought for $36.99 USD. Ill will talk to any staff member that I have to, to get my eggs that I bought because If i dont get tham, it is considered scamming.
