I cant join into pokeworld

Every time I try and join pokeworld it kicks me for the reason "flying is not enabled on this server" and i am not even using my /fly I am champion rank so I should be able to fly either way but i get kicked for not even using it.

This problem only occurs on pokeworld for me

 

What Minecraft version are you using? If you are using 1.13+, I would recommend changing to a version between 1.10-1.12.2.
