I got banned from Chargeback, please help me fix it.

So I used my money to buy Shiny eggs for Pokemon Survival, and a few days later it said I got banned from Charge back. I talked with my parents about the situation and they said they charged it back because they didn't know who bought it. If you guys are not busy please help me get un-banned. Also it said a couple days later I bought the eggs back but I was still banned, please look into this as soon as you guys are not busy. Thank you for your time.

i was banned for "hacking" when i don't know how to hack. i was probably lagging to the person that reported me or thought i was the same player as the hacker with the same skin as me
