I have one question.

I was wondering why cant we trade legendary pokemons at all?

 

Legendary Pokemon outside of the original 3 birds were made exclusive to Legend ranks only. It was ultimately decided that in order to obtain a legendary Pokemon, you would need the Legend Rank. Legendary Pokemon are not mandatory to enjoy the game, and are added, so that the option is there if someone chooses to donate. This way, we leave the Legendaries to just the people who have contributed a large amount to keep the server running.
