I put my fully E.V. trained Gyarados in the P.C. and it disappeared. Where did it go?

    Description: When I was switching out my Gyarados for another pokemon to take over a gym, it vanished and I tried relogging multiple times but it still did not appear in my P.C or hotbar.

    When it happened: It happened around 2:00 pm Est. 4/8/17

    Location: Server 20
