Keeps on Kicking me when I open Gold/Iron Crates

Description: It has done this 3 times 2 with gold and 1 with iron, I wait a day to open them because of the cooldowns and then I go up to them and right click them. It says "The server you were previously on recently shutdown and you were moved to a fallback server" Or something like that, and then I go back to the crate open thing and it shows no crates or anything. It is extremely annoying. Please either return the crates or maybe fix it.
