Leaf Stone Dissapearing With Full Inventory (Not from pokestop)

I had a 2 leaf stones in my inventory and then i left clicked on "them" and one of them dissapeared because of the stacking glitch. This is the second stone that i've lost to a glitch and it's even worse this time because i was going to trade it. (the first stone i lost to a glitch was when i was in a battle and the battle menu came up when i left clicked my fire stone and it dissapeared when the menu came up)
Seriously. I've lost TWO EVOLUTIONARY STONES TO THIS and it's really annoying and can i PLEASE have them back!?!?!? It's a giant pain in the arse to get them.

 

With my personal experience as being staff on other servers, I would assume you need proper evidence to show that you had these items. Also, you may want to use the appropriate format for reporting these bugs.
