Lost progress

I lost all my progress yesterday! Yesterday I played for like the whole afternoon. Today I relog and lost everything from yesterday, I was trainer lv 23 or 24 i think but now im back at 23. I captured a primeap lvl 47 and relearned it with a move relearner and it got lost. My Charizard ans scizor had 3 levels higher yesterday, today theyre back 3 levels down. And most importantly, I traded with another player my alakazam for his kingdra, but when i see I still have my alakazam and no kingdra. I find that guy again today and he showed me the alakazam i gave him yesterday, still having it with me right now. Its so weird. He has my alakazam i traded him yesterday but i dont have the kingdra he gave me yesterday. Please fix this issue
