Lost Skyblock Island

I lost my skyblock island; I still have my inventory and all. I was just online a few days ago and everything was fine. I'm on a different lobby and I don't know how to get back to mine. I still have all my money and my inventory, when I logged on it took me to another lobby and the "create an island" gui popped up. I did not create a new one, so if that'll help in retrieving my old island. I changed my name in the past, but that's not affected my island loss; I've tested it and logged on well after my name changes and it's worked fine. If someone could help me out that'd be awesome!
