Making shinies encounterable

The only way to get shinies is through the eggs but if they want to create a fun Pokémon experience at least make them encounterable

 

This has been suggested many times but ends up in being denied

 

Shiny is some great pokemon. I don't think it is needed.

 

If you need a shiny to have a good time you aren't playing the game right.

Honestly if you are an avid pokemon player, the rng of running into a shiny is exciting.

I still remember the first shiny I ever encountered.
It was a shiny Hoothoot in the original Gold version for the gameboy (1999).
The feeling in your chest, "OMG what is this thing? It's so cool!"

If you truly love playing pokemon, you still get that feeling from running into a wild shiny.

I've posted this on other topics relating to the same thing.
I would love to see a mystery man type thing, but with shinies.
