I beat Norman with my Gastly, using Curse (the finishing damage was done through the effect, not through an attack). I've done this several times. Every time the battle ends, my Gastly is still out, I don't get a badge, and I can no longer recall Gastly or summon another pokemon, and I cannot go to a pokemon center or start another battle. It's frustrating. I'll try tomorrow without using 'Curse' as a finishing attack as I saw someone else have a similar issue in another thread. But I just wanted to make it known.
