Not sure if this is already on the server, from what I have heard it isnt. The move relearner would definitely help with the competitive end of the server. Some pokemon (especially Gengar, who is widely loved) learn moves at early levels and you can miss the chance to learn a certain move without catching a low level and hoping it has the move you want. Like I said, not sure if this is already on the server. Just going off of what I have heard.
