please help

i was muted PERMANENTLY for heavy advertising even though i don't advertise. I would appreciate it if you looked at my history because i have never gotten a warning for advertising that i know of. If i did something i didn't know was wrong please respond to me and tell me what I did and I will be happy not to do it again. I just love trading in skyblock and pokemon world and i can't do it without chat. I would really appreciate it if you took the time to help me with this problem
