Possible Pokemon Tournament

I would like to hold a Pokemon tournament where everyone can participate. This would be a fun opportunity for everyone on the server all the servers. The rewards won't be eggs or stuff from the shop, but items from the game such as Evolution Stones, Pokeballs, and Pokemon. With the exception of 1st Place wining an exp share. Hopefully I can have the support of the staff behind me to help me support by telling the servers about this if it is allowed. At this tournament there, will be simple rules Sleep Clause, No Shadows, and No Legendaries.
