Purchased the Championship Trainer for my son's account

    Hello Support,

    I purchased the Championship Trainer for my son's account yesterday and I e-mailed support yesterday after an hour. How quickly does support respond? Are they open on weekends?

    Support usually takes about a day or two to respond and solve a purchase issue.
    As long as your provided both your son's minecraft name and the PayPal/PokeFind receipt in the email, it shouldn't take much longer.
