Hi there. If your purchased a rank and did not receive it, do these things: Firstly, make sure you have joined a Pokeworld server, as that is where all ranks are given. If you have joined a Pokeworld region, but still didn’t receive your rank, wait 15-20 minutes in Pokeworld from the purchase, as it can take some time to register it. If you don’t get it in 15-20 minutes, try to relog. If none of this works, email [email protected] with your IGN, issue, and a receipt (the ones you have linked here) of the purchase.
