I'm having the same issues with the resource park I've deleted the game followed all the instructions on how to fix it but still doesn't work....super irritating I don't know how to get a hold of the server ppl so I'm stuck.
Here are some methods on fixing your resource pack issues. I recommend trying them and for a all black screen resource pack issue i recommend trying 1.10.2 or 1.11.2 with Optifine. Just dropping all the methods in case they help. Deleting the whole .minecraft folder. Maybe try getting Optifine Try deleting all the files in your "Server Resource Packs" folder in your .minecraft folder
