Seadra will not evolve after trading.

    I have traded my Seadra 3 times to evolve it and it still has not worked and neither will a water stone. Any ideas? It's a level 64.

    Hello Natsu_Dragneel,

    In order for a seadra to evolve, you will need to give it a dragonscale (obtainable via the mysteryman) and trade it to another person.
