Serious bug, following the server resets yesterday

Hi there,

I was playing during the server resets yesterday and during that time period I was server jumping while training and gym claiming.
Only to find that my 9 gyms became 0 and my token claims where lost, as where the pokes i saw within the gyms lost from my pokedex entries.
I dropped from 119 to 117 seen.
I also lost some levels on my gyarados (63 to 61, not too bothered as easy enough to train up, more that it was the first thing i noticed).
I was also hitting stops and selling the items so some of the sales was lost.
I am not sure if I am out of sync with the server or if there is a bigger issue at play and I am weary of doing more play / training until this is resolved.
