Shiny Magically Turned Normal after recent update??

Hello there, crackitup94 here.

I have recently become aware of an issue that has occurred in my Pokefind experience on the Minecraft Server. I had received a Shiny Jolteon from a trade with cjcrazy3 (they can validate the trade), although after the update that aired just over an hour ago, it somehow has turned into a normal Jolteon? I would like assistance as to how I go about having it return to Shiny Jolteon
